Get UP! Get MOVING! As long as there is life inside of you and you are breathing there is a mission for you to accomplish. Yes, I’m sure you’ve heard all of the motivating accolades of “You can do it!” “Don’t give up!” “You are destined for greatness!” While all of that and many others may be true for some…it will not become your truth until you BELIEVE! At some point in your journey you are going to have to fight back and you can begin by simply taking a deep breath in and letting it out slowly. Yesterday is over and while your situation may not have changed – you were given another chance to pull through! Yes, it seems like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. You don’t know where money is going to come from or perhaps you’re looking at your little ones and trying to decide what they are going to eat on tomorrow. Maybe a relationship has ended. You may have sadly lost a loved one or perhaps stressed out from your job or the lack of having a one. The list can go on and on and on. My only testament to this is that once you’ve decided that low is as far as you can go the push up from the ground will feel like a leap over a mountain. I don’t stand as a victim of my circumstances, even if I don’t feel like I deserved what was delivered to me but I’ve learned to take responsibility and accept that what was then and this is now! I’m choosing to walk in the overflow, the abundance, wealth, health, and more importantly, God’s peace and love. Yes, while some of those things may be intangible it will take me further than any earthly possessions can take me. There are many who have stories that may make mine seem like a hiccup but what I have learned is to respect everyone’s place in time and the seasons we all have and will transition through. Some things we have no control over and life happens. Then there are other times we are harvesting out of the field from where we once planted seeds. Take ownership. Take responsibility. Take charge. Count your losses as gains. Don’t commit suicide on your dreams, goals, and relationships with those who love you. I declare God’s word into your life, “I will put My Spirit in you, and you shall live, and I will place you in your own land. Then you shall know that I, the LORD, have spoken it and performed it,” says the LORD’” (Ezekiel 37:14).
